Rice Pudding Clinton

2 cup rice -- cooked
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter; or oleo -- melted
2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup raisins -- optional
Beat eggs; add sugar, butter, milk, vanilla and nutmeg. Add rice and raisins if desired and pour into a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Thirty Years at the Governor's Mansion via Dixie Daniels, Intelec Cooking
