Debbie's Bread Pudding

8 slice egg bread -- cubed
1 or cut in 1/4's
2 cup cream -- or half and half
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup grand marnier -- or a good
1 whiskey

Butter the bread and arrange, buttered side down, in a 10" baking dish. = Combine all the other ingredients, and whisk together until well blended.= Pour the mixture over the = bread in the baking dish.
