Apples Apple Pie

1 1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cup sugar
16 each soda crackers
1/2 each stick margarine
1 1/2 teaspoon cream tarter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Bake @ 350 degrees in unbaked crust.
