Quick Rhubarb Crisp

3 cup rhubarb; cut bite-size
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup quick oatmeal
1/3 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar; packed
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup margarine

Place rhubarb in greased oblong microwave-safe baking dish. Combine sugar, oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and spices.Mix margarine in until crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb. MICROWAVE for 12 to 16 minutes on HIGH or until rhubarb is tender. About 6 servings. Source: Microwave Times Judy/NC PJXG05A
