Brach's Chocolate Peanut Crunch Ice Cream

1 egg
3 tablespoon sugar
1 cup whipping cream
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup brach's chocolate covered peanuts; finely chopped

In small bowl, whisk together egg and sugar. Stir in cream, milk and peanuts. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Makes 1 pint.
