Lo Cal Lemon Sherbet

6 oz unsweetened lemonade con-
1 centrate
3 tablespoon granulated fructose
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon lemon rind
3 cup evaporated skim milk well
1 chilled

Combine all ingresients in a large bowl and beat well. Receipe can be frozen in an ice cream maker or by dividing into 2 freezer trays and freeze until mushy. Pour into a large bowl and beat well.
