Banana Sour Cream Barscookies 1/2 cup butter 1 1/2 cup sugar 2 large ripe bananas 2 eggs 3/4 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cup (scant) flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon soda Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Add sour cream and mix. Add mashed bananas, vanilla and flour. Bake in jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 2) about 30 minutes (check after 20 minutes) at 375 deg. F. |
